Do dogs have shoulders?

I think I have been forgiven by the dog.  Yesterday I was clipping her nails and I was perhaps a little zealous with one, which caught her nail quick.  She never even flinched but she did bled slightly, on and off for a few hours.  

Last night I received the cold-shoulder, but this morning I feel we have made it past the incident and normality has returned.
