Mark the moment -- two days no rain

I feel I need to mark the moment, and mention that as of Easter Sunday evening we have had two days with no rain, and reasonable sunshine.  I think that may be the first this year.

It did guilt me into doing some post-winter garden tidying.  A few hours later I can look over some of it and feel quite satisfied.  Lots more to go.

I appreciate I will have jinxed the weather and tomorrow will no doubt be torrential rain -- let's wait and see.  We're planning a walk on the local beach tomorrow, with the dog and friends.
