Photo Overload

Let's get straight to the point.... I have 27,267 digital photos going back to 2008.  99% of them are not in an album or category.  Just one big chronological list

Help!

I don't wish to delete any as they are all memories.  When I am old I can look back and say "Whose baby is this?" or "Oh look, I had hair then"

I've dabbled in Google Photos and OneDrive Photos.  In fact, as well as being on an external hard drive, they are currently also online in Amazon Photos.

I need a new home for them.

What does everyone else do.  What do you use to store yours? To Categorise?
